Ward Representatives

The most effective way to reach City Council is to look up the ward you live in and reach out directly to your ward representatives.

Entire Council

  • Fill out the contact form to have a message sent to the entire City Council.
  • Comment on a published meeting agenda
    • Find the meeting on our meetings page and click on it to open the html agenda
    • Select the agenda item and click the green "leave comment" button
    • The comment button appears in the upper right corner of the screen and on a mobile device it may appear as a conversation bubble
  • Attend a meeting in person or online.  View the participation guide for details. 
    • This is most effective if you plan to comment on items on the agenda.
    • You may also comment on a topic that is not on the agenda, but Council can't take action on those items at the meeting.  
    • For topics not currently in front of the Council, the most effective means is to contact your ward representatives directly.
  • Leave a voice mail message for the Council at 406-552-6012.

Comment on Projects

Visit Engage Missoula to make comments on City-initiated projects and private projects such as subdivisions.  Comments gathered on Engage Missoula are included when these items come before City Council for consideration.
