Notification:
In compliance with ARM 24.301.202, the City of Missoula will adopt new building codes, effective September 1, 2022. All permits submitted on this date, or later, will be reviewed for compliancy with the following codes.

• International Building Code, 2021 Edition
• International Residential Code, 2021 Edition
• International Existing Building Code, 2021 Edition
• ICC A117.1 – Accessibility, 2017 Edition
• Uniform Plumbing Code, 2021 Edition
• International Mechanical Code, 2021 Edition
• International Fuel Gas Code, 2021 Edition
• NFPA 99, Standard on Health Care Facilities (med gas), 2018 Edition
• National Electrical Code, 2020 Edition
• International Energy Conservation Code, 2021 Edition
• International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2021 Edition
