We Want to Hear from You: Review
Each year, the City of Missoula reports to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) on how we used federal grant funds to support housing and community development. That report, the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), is now available for public review.
Your Input Matters
Your comments help us evaluate whether we're investing in the right projects and addressing the most important community needs. HUD uses this feedback to understand what’s working in Missoula, and where we can do better.
How to Review and Comment
- Read the Draft CAPER: Available now on Engage Missoula in the “Documents” sidebar.
- Submit Your Comments by September 25th, 2025: Share your feedback on the Forum section of this, or email your feedback directly to Kendra at LisumK@ci.missoula.mt.us, or Lisa at BowerL@ci.missoula.mt.us. All comments received by this date will be included in the final report submitted to HUD.
- Questions to Consider:
- Did we focus on the right projects?
- Are we addressing Missoula’s housing priorities?
- What could we improve next year?
