MCPS Properties Plan Community Input Sessions

Hello,

MCPS is pleased to invite you to participate in any (or all) of the six upcoming “Building Tours and Input Sessions” for the MCPS Properties Plan. These sessions will be held September 15–17, 2025.

MCPS and community members are invited to tour facilities, learn about current conditions, and provide feedback on proposed alternatives for all 14 MCPS properties. Each session includes guided tours. For more information, including building diagrams and "where to park" for the tours, visit the site here.

Monday

• Whittier Building (3:30-5:30pm) 

• Administration Building (6-8pm)

Tuesday

• Cold Springs Building (3:30-5:30pm) 

• Dickinson/Lifelong Learning Center (6-8pm)

Wednesday 

• Prescott Building (3:30-5:30pm) 

• Mount Jumbo Building (6-8pm)

This is part of the MCPS properties plan to determine how these 14 buildings and properties can best serve our district's growing needs and support student success.

Property assessments and an online survey will be available on the project website starting September 15.
