Overview of Grants and Funding Information

The Community Development team is committed to improving the health, safety, and vitality of our community and the housing options and outcomes of our residents. We provide funding for housing projects through our federal grant funds and local affordable housing trust fund. We also support the environmental assessment and cleanup of private and public properties.

Community Development supports this work through four primary funding sources: the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds, the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF), and the Brownfields Environmental Assessment and Cleanup program.
