The City of Missoula Brownfields Program assists in assessing and cleaning up properties with the potential presence of a hazardous substance to encourage redevelopment and reuse. The program follows standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Montana Department of Environmental Quality.

For-profit entities must fill out a Loan Pre-Application, while nonprofit entities may fill out a Grant Pre-Application.
