For each brownfield site, an Administrative Record is established which contains the documents that form the basis for the selection of a cleanup plan (if warranted). Documents in the Administrative Record may include site investigation reports; Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA); Community Engagement Plans; site-specific fact sheets; reuse plans; cleanup plans; cleanup standards used; responses to public comments; any regulatory documents; and any verification that shows that cleanups are complete.
